I cannot praise this hotel enough! The rooms were beyond perfect; clean, comfortable, and the daily cleaning service ensured they were spotless every day. The guest relations and restaurant managers were incredible, catering to our every need even delivering room service when we were unwell after our journey. The snacks, especially the pizza, burgers, chips, hot dogs, and ice cream, were a hit with both me and the kids. The staff, including JoJo, made our stay extra special, even upgrading us to a demi-lux room for free. If you want top-notch service and a fantastic atmosphere, this is the place to be!
