mixed feelings about the stay

poor service no assistance

The animation team was diverse and created a fun atmosphere. That was acceptable.

I was disappointed by my interactions with the reception team. i requested help with my luggage, but after waiting over 40 minutes, i had to ask again. I was told i should have called from my room. i also asked for assistance moving some items to my sister's room, but they told me the hotel does not offer assistance with moving heavy items.

the aqua park is excellent and offers much entertainment. the restaurants provide a variety of food choices. the staff members are very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel.

everything was clean. the rooms are spacious. the food had something for everyone. the entire hotel is well-kept.

communication is not the best. i emailed before arrival. i sent whatsapp messages to the number listed on their website. i did not received a single response. the reception staff is not helpful at all. every request feels like an inconvenience to them.

amazing family fun!

fast check-in friendly staff

I was impressed by the super fast check-in! it took less than five minutes. staff members are super friendly and helpful, especially with kids. my children enjoyed all the activities, including the aqua park and amusement parks. The hotel really cares about children's entertainment. i could always find a spot by the pool and in the restaurant which was super!

the hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to the beach which is only 400 meters away. the shuttles depart every ten minutes. it runs frequently ensuring guests get to the beach and back quickly.

The hotel boasts a lush, green setting. It feels like a true haven of peace. from arrival, i experienced great kindness and attention. staff like mr mohamad and mr imad were amazing and attentive throughout my entire stay which was super.

helpful staff really good hospitality great guest services outdated room slow service strange smell

The staff was really nice and helpful. I am very grateful to Mr Ihab Ahmed, as well as Mr Ziad Omar, for their hospitality. Mr Abdelrahman from Housekeeping assisted with a smile.

My room seemed a little old. It could use some updates. the front desk service was slow. The room smelled odd upon arrival so I requested air freshener.

a mixed bag of experiences

excessive noise inconsistent service

my stay had some hiccups. the room showed wear and tear. i requested a quiet room. yet, the noise from evening entertainment was excessive. it disrupted my sleep. the constant pressure for tips felt unnecessary, especially when service was inconsistent.
